About this home

Step into a piece of local history with this charming church, originally built in 1893, tucked away just off PP Highway among quiet gravel roads and grassy fields. Rich with character and timeless appeal, this unique property offers endless possibilities for its next chapter. A welcoming foyer opens into the spacious main gathering area, where rustic wood beams and an oversized chandelier create a warm atmosphere. Previously operated as both a church and an event center, this property is well-suited for continued use as a church, event venue, daycare, community center, or could even be reimagined as a one-of-a-kind residence or Airbnb with a little TLC. Beyond the main hall, you'll find several additional rooms that offer storage, potential bedroom or office space, and an area that could be converted into a kitchen. Two separate bathrooms provide added convenience, while multiple entrances, including wheelchair-accessible access, make the property functional for a variety of uses. Recent renovations such as a new roof in 2021 and updated central heat/air offer added assurance, while outside the artesian well adds extra interest and charm! Whether you're searching for a unique investment opportunity, a historic venue, or a property ready to bring your vision to life, this distinctive church offers character, versatility, and endless potential in a peaceful rural setting.
