About this home

Open house SUNDAY 10/18 from 1-3pm. Welcome to Tower Grove Heights, where charm, character, and location come together in one pretty fantastic package! Nestled in the heart of Tower Grove South, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beauty offers tall ceilings, spacious living areas, and plenty of room to spread out. The large living room is perfect for gathering, while the kitchen opens to a cozy hearth room/family room, because let's face it, everyone ends up in the kitchen anyway! Upstairs, you'll find a lovely primary suite, two additional bedrooms, and the convenience of second-floor laundry (because hauling baskets up and down stairs is SO overrated!). A younger roof and newer HVAC offer a little extra peace of mind. Now, let's talk about the location! You're surrounded by some of St. Louis's favorite restaurants, coffee shops, the fabulous Tower Grove Park, and the Missouri Botanical Garden. But wait, there's more! This home has a little green thumb and a whole lot of heart. The front yard features a native, eco-friendly garden designed with our beloved pollinators in mind. And here's a fun little neighborhood fact: the backyard is home to the nursery for Alley Asters, a neighborhood ecological gardening program that was born right here at 3884 Connecticut! How cool is that?! A home with character, a fantastic location, and love for Mother Nature. Come see what makes this Tower Grove South gem so special!
