138 Bluebird Lane

About this home

Take a look at this historical piece of property. This is the old Fairview School Campus. The property was donated to the Fairview School Board by the US President, this shows on the original chain of deed! The original one room school house was built in 1950. In 1962, an adjacent side was added to the original structure. in 1970 a newer modern brick building was built. In 1979, the school was consolidated with the Doniphan Schools. The 1608 square feet residence has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a nice sized kitchen and dining room. The living room has vaulted ceiling with nice woodwork features. The house needs some repairs but could be lived in while repairs are made. The brick building is a non-conforming shop with 3738 square feet of usable space. Inside the brick shop building, there are 2 restrooms with facilities. The shop building could easily have a roll up door installed in place of any of the windows. There are two entrances with double steel doors at both entrances. With this having been used a prior welding shop, it could be utilized in any capacity. On the grounds, there is a well, 2 septic tanks and 3 electric meters. There is a pad with concrete runners where a mobile home had previously sat! With the beautiful location and room for more development on the property, call today to make this your new home or investment property! By appointment only
